Fought & Company runs and operates a state of the art pipe and tube processing system by Machitech Automation. This new technology gives Fought the capability to efficiently process pipe 60 feet long with a diameter of 2.5 inches up to 48 inches. Included in this new system is a horizontal hourglass shaped motorized roller system with automatic chuck height adjustment and self-centering for full diameter range. Industry leading Hypertherm XPR 300 gas console manages the selection and mixing of the plasma gases. Hypertherm Rotary Tube Pro cutting software is the artificial intelligence running behind the scenes. Rotary Tube Pro offers a complete design and cut solution for tube and pipe parts in mechanized cutting applications, tubes and branches are easily created using parametric input.

ADVANCED PIPE AND TUBE PROCESSING SYSTEM
Rigid gantry style construction with a minimum pipe range of 2.5” up to 48” diameter, and cutting zone length of 21 feet or 42 feet. Automatic chuck height & clamping with floating chuck for out of round pipes. Motorized in-feed conveyor up to 60 feet with patented inverted rails system, and pneumatic support roller units.
